There are pros and cons for each of these learning methods.
A pro for e-learning is it can be done at any time anywhere and can be repeated easily. However it can be expensive and may go out-of-date or not even be used depending upon the culture of the organisation. Generation Y will love it, especially if it is a phone app.
We believe there is a place for both and much more in between. We are in a very exciting time in learning and development because technology has delivered on so many fronts. Giving us a palette we can use to design, develop and deliver to global business and SMEs at affordable prices.
