What is this course about?
Carrying out appraisal interviews to review progress, assess performance, identify training needs, set targets and objectives with established deadlines are important to an organisation.
This course will teach delegates to prepare, structure and run the appraisal interview. It can also look at any appraisal documentation currently in use within your organisation and help to improve this where necessary.
